About The Position
Provides supply-management support for SMAG plant and communications security equipment, with emphasis on controlled inventory, asset accountability, accurate transactions, and compliance with applicable security requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- One to two years of military reparable-management experience.
- Experience in inventory management, distribution support, stock positioning, and sourcing.
- Ability to apply RIP secondary-reparable management processes and procedures.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned.
- This position requires an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance to be considered.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
Responsibilities
- Manage and validate inventory data for SMAG plant and COMSEC-related SECREP assets.
- Maintain accurate inventory, accountability, issue, receipt, storage, and transaction records.
- Support requisitioning, sourcing, asset exchange, carcass management, disposition, and redistribution actions.
- Coordinate with Site Leads, Government customers, and other supply personnel to resolve discrepancies.
- Support required weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reporting.
- Follow all applicable physical-security, information-security, inventory-control, and COMSEC-related procedures.
- Provide SECREP-management support and technical guidance within the assigned functional area.
