Job Description: Supply Specialist - A Shift Shift: Tuesday- Saturday 7:00am - 3:30pm Reports to: Finance Supervisor POSITION OVERVIEW: The Supply Specialist is a one deep position, so attendance and speed are essential. This individual will oversee ordering, organizing, distributing and inventory supply needs to all Departments in the DC.

Requirements

Must be able to work independently and plan and organize daily activities.
Must be Forklift certified and has to be able to navigate Oracle, Excel and other necessary software programs.
Additional equipment certifications will be needed to complete job efficiently.
Some overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

Order all Department supplies through Oracle
Maintain corrugate levels in Retail and Receiving
Maintain a good working relationship with various vendors
Unload corrugate and merchandise from the vendors and distribute to the correct Departments
Verify packing lists
Perform weekly inventory on corrugate before ordering
Perform monthly inventory counts of supplies for Financial Statements.
