About The Position

The Supply & Services Manager oversees all logistics, procurement, and service operations in support of a government contract. This role ensures compliance with federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS), manages supply chain functions, and coordinates with government stakeholders to meet mission-critical objectives. The manager is responsible for maintaining operational readiness, cost efficiency, and contract performance standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain or operations management.
  • Strong analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational abilities, and time management.
  • Skills in verbal and written communications to conduct meetings, execute plans, prepare reports, and work instructions.
  • Ability to provide information and reports, resolve issues and recommend actions to improve delivery of services to the customers.
  • Ability to pass Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Screening.
  • Ability to maintain a government Common Access Card (CAC).
  • GCSS-A Certification.
  • Valid Driver License.
  • High School Diploma.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Prior Service in the U.S. Army in 92Y MOSs (in grades E7 or above).
  • Quality Management experience.
  • Prior experience serving as USG Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
  • Experience working with Labor Unions.
  • Experience with Soldier Equipping and Asset Management (SEAM), Installation Support Module (ISM), Mobility Inventory Control Accountability System (MICAS), and Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE).

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end logistics operations including procurement, warehousing, transportation, and distribution in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific regulations.
  • Manage vendor relationships, subcontractors, and service providers to meet performance metrics and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with government personnel to align logistics support with mission needs and contract deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate records for audits, inspections, and contract reporting.
  • Develop and implement logistics plans, risk mitigation strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supervise logistics and support staff, ensuring training and adherence to safety and security protocols.
  • Responsible for Government Furnished Property (GFP) and Contractor Owned Property (COP) Accountability and Administration and compliance with agency-specific regulations.
