About The Position

This role supports the implementation of lean supply management principles within the BU Laboratory network, including materials/supplies movement and replenishment to point of use in the laboratory. The Supply Replenisher Associate II performs cycle counts and daily replenishment routines, interacting with laboratory staff and supply analysts to ensure material availability. This position requires regular travel between two assigned locations (Zeeland, MI and Hastings, MI) with a consistent weekly schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday at Site A and Tuesday, Thursday at Site B. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between locations.

Requirements

Comfortable working across both locations (Zeeland, MI and Hastings, MI).
Ability to adapt to the needs of each site.
Must be comfortable with regular travel between assigned sites.

Responsibilities

Supports the implementation of lean supply management principles within the BU Laboratory network.
Manages materials/supplies movement and replenishment to point of use in the laboratory.
Performs cycle counts.
Conducts daily replenishment routines.
Interacts with laboratory staff and supply analysts to assure material availability.
Travels regularly between assigned sites (Zeeland, MI and Hastings, MI).
