Broad Overview The Supply Planning Manager is expected to work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain an integrated volume plan across Commercial and Clinical Supply. This role primarily supports Commercial / Clinical supply planning activities while also contributing to new product launches. The position plays a key role in aligning supply plans with business priorities to ensure continuity of supply. Moreover, this position ensures consistent and complete demand-supply reconciliation monthly – integrating requirements to availability, liaising with the S&OP process facilitators to align all internal departments on risks and opportunities. As such, the Supply Planning Manager: Monitors suppliers network relationship Leads the supply planning process for both commercial and clinical needs Fosters and maintains good-standing relationship with the Sales and Operational Planning process owners Key member of the Trial Team for products in development. Interlocks suppliers’ capacity to support business growth Contributes to process improvement initiatives within a rapidly growing organization The Supply Planning Manager is in direct contact with the whole Supply Chain department. This position endorses the transversal business partner role with Commercial, Quality, Regulatory and Finance teams within this perimeter. This individual is expected to work out of our Conshohocken HQ office on a hybrid schedule 3 days in office.
