This role supports the development of a Master Resource Plan aligned with demand, ensuring finished goods, raw materials, and components are planned up to 24 months in advance. It involves capacity planning to identify constraints, risks, and underutilization, and recommending actions to address gaps or cost inefficiencies. The position will initially focus on a defined product scope with close coaching and development in supply planning. The role works with the Supply Planning Manager to set appropriate inventory levels based on demand variability and lead times. It also involves tracking the execution of the supply plan, ensuring alignment with production and purchasing, and proactively managing risks, back orders, and performance gaps. Additionally, the role ensures proper product phase-in/out planning and communicates portfolio status to the business. It supports alignment between supply and demand plans through daily/weekly execution and monthly planning processes, and maintains accurate supply planning master data to enable effective decision-making. The role also monitors KPIs such as plan attainment, inventory health, capacity, back orders, lead time, and service levels, identifying root causes with recommendations for improvement.
