Considering a host of recent initiatives, significant retail distribution opportunities, and high-growth e-commerce initiatives, there is no shortage of exciting projects for the Every Man Jack team. Serve as a key Supply Chain partner driving the development and execution of Every Man Jack’s operational strategies. Own repack-focused supply planning to optimize inventory, minimize waste, improve inventory turns, and meet targeted service levels and KPIs. The Repack Supply Planner will support new product launches, transitions, and optimizations throughout the product life cycle. Expected to solve complex issues where analysis of situations and data requires in-depth evaluation of a wide variety of factors, involving many cross-functional partners. Exercises independent judgment and discretion in solving complex business problems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of supply chain experience. CPG experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of material/production planning, inventory control and warehouse operations.
  • Experience with supply-related systems (MRP, ERP, etc.).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Amazon 3P experience is a plus.
  • Proven project management capabilities.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage repack supply plans for finished goods requiring component inventory, aligning schedules for repackaging facilities based on forecasted demand and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate and communicate component requirements with supply planning teammates.
  • Execute repack plans by managing component inventory flow from co-manufacturers through the kitting and assembly across multiple repacker facilities.
  • Partner with repack sites to optimize schedules and dynamically prioritize items as needed.
  • Identify & escalate supply risks (e.g., quality, assembly issues, material shortages, demand fluctuations, etc.) and partake in the decision-making process for resolution.
  • Monitor and drive performance KPIs, including weeks of supply, repack attainment, and customer service levels.
  • Maintain planning parameters (lead times, safety stock) and calendars to ensure accurate, stable replenishment signals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and with external partners on key projects, including product launches, transitions, scenario analysis, and promotional planning.
  • Ensure cost-effective supply chain execution and escalate trade-offs when needed.
  • Track, report, and reduce excess or at-risk inventory to minimize obsolescence.
  • Support system integrations and continuous process improvements.
