About The Position

Join Millennium Print Group as a Supply Operations Manager, Finishing! We’re looking for an experienced operations leader to oversee production scheduling, material flow, and finishing operations within our fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll lead a team of schedulers and coordinators while partnering cross-functionally to drive operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or materials management within manufacturing
2+ years of leadership experience managing schedulers, planners, or operations teams
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
Strong understanding of inventory control and production scheduling processes
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills

Nice To Haves

Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience preferred
APICS/ASCM certification is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead daily scheduling, sequencing, and material flow operations for finishing and packaging production
Execute detailed production schedules aligned to customer demand and operational capacity
Manage and develop Production Schedulers, Coordinators, and Production Support staff
Monitor inventory accuracy, material availability, and production workflow efficiency
Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Production Control, and Client Services teams to support operations
Analyze operational performance and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and consistency
Communicate schedule updates, operational constraints, and recovery plans to stakeholders
Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across finishing operations
Support compliance with safety, quality, and security standards
