About The Position

Join Millennium Print Group as a Supply Operations Manager, Finishing! We’re looking for an experienced operations leader to oversee production scheduling, material flow, and finishing operations within our fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll lead a team of schedulers and coordinators while partnering cross-functionally to drive operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or materials management within manufacturing
  • 2+ years of leadership experience managing schedulers, planners, or operations teams
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
  • Strong understanding of inventory control and production scheduling processes
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills

Nice To Haves

  • Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience preferred
  • APICS/ASCM certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily scheduling, sequencing, and material flow operations for finishing and packaging production
  • Execute detailed production schedules aligned to customer demand and operational capacity
  • Manage and develop Production Schedulers, Coordinators, and Production Support staff
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, material availability, and production workflow efficiency
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Production Control, and Client Services teams to support operations
  • Analyze operational performance and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and consistency
  • Communicate schedule updates, operational constraints, and recovery plans to stakeholders
  • Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across finishing operations
  • Support compliance with safety, quality, and security standards
