Requirements

  • 2 or more years of Supply Management, Operations, Engineering experience
  • 2 or more years of experience with SAP and PDM
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, challenging team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively, influence without authority, and execute cross-functionally
  • Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally up to 25%
  • Knowledge of unit processes and operations

Nice To Haves

  • Cross-functional work experience in areas such as operations, manufacturing, material flow, supply management
  • Demonstrated Project Management experience
  • Ability to create and convey a business case that influences without authority
  • Experience working effectively in an ambiguous and changing environment
  • Experience with electrical related commodities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the supply chain integration activities in support of Enterprise Product Delivery (EPDP) and Enterprise Order Fulfillment (EOFP) activities
  • Drive collaboration with engineering and suppliers on specifications and value portfolios solutions to support the ECM (Engineering Change Management processes) to execute timely design changes and implement new parts.
  • Develop and implement supply chain integration strategies for assigned commodities that align with unit, program and enterprise strategies to meet cost, delivery and program targets
  • Work closely with suppliers, engineering, cost management, and strategic sourcing to resource and implement new product features and continuous value improvements that meet cost, quality, delivery, and risk objectives
  • Support negotiations, resourcing, and leverage strategies aligned to program cost goals
