Supply Demand Planner, Supply Chain Operations – Upstream Platform Planning
About The Position
We’re seeking a Supply Demand Platform Planner to connect Oracle’s hardware demand plan at the platform level to external manufacturer execution. This role turns the consensus demand plan into accurate supplier signals and system loads, then works across Capacity Management, Materials Execution, Procurement, Product Management, and suppliers to resolve the near-term decisions that determine whether customer demand can be fulfilled. The ideal candidate has a strong command of both demand and supply planning. They understand how BOMs, components, lead times, capacity, inventory, purchase orders, and product transitions affect supplier execution. While the role maintains a long-range supplier demand view, its central focus is near-term prioritization, allocation, communication, and action in a constrained and fast-moving environment.
