Supply Coordinator

About The Position

McDougall Energy is looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven individual to join their team as a Supply Coordinator. This role is responsible for supporting demand forecasting, monitoring contractual commitments, and supporting opportunities to optimize supply arrangements, ensuring McDougall Energy maximizes value from its supply portfolio. The role reports to the Director, Supply and Revenue.

Requirements

College/University degree in business/supply chain optimization
One (1) to three (3) years of supply/logistics experience in a business work environment
Strong attention to detail; able to manage large volumes of data
Strong organizational and prioritization skills; committed to deadlines
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain successful cross-functional working relationships
Computer profidiency and demonstrated knowledge of spreadsheet applications; ERP experience an asset
Proven ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion

Responsibilities

Inputting monthly fuel and propane requirements to meet our volume targets and fulfill supplier commitments.
Monitor supplier portals to ensure adequate volume availability.
Address supply allocation issues and support coordination of alternative solutions as needed.
Support flexible supply tactics to mitigate risk, optimize costs, and uphold supplier obligations.
Track and communicate supplier outage notifications.
Monitor volumes across suppliers, identifying gaps.
Manage supplier account requirements and maintain terminal access and loading permissions.
