About The Position
The Supply Coordinator/Floater is responsible for giving direction to consumers to properly fill Caterpillar parts orders and moving material that is ready to be processed. Responsibilities are to be carried out in accordance with CWTC’s mission, policies, and in a manner that supports individuals with disabilities. All employees are required to attend mandated training sessions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good reading, writing and counting skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with adults with disabilities helpful
Responsibilities
- Fill incoming CAT orders with all needed supplies
- Provide direction to consumers on sorting and moving material to proper packaging areas
- Maintain, process daily order and control inventory on CAT indirect supplies
- Maintain accurate tracking and flow system on all material received
- Troubleshoot receipt errors
- Maintain organization of all indirect material in carton room
- Tag material with proper paperwork for processing
- Quality control labels while batching with PWO
- Work in other production areas when work load allows
- Encourage consumers to work to their highest capacity
- Perform other tasks, not inconsistent with qualifications or regular duties as assigned
