About The Position

The Store Supplies Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of supply, coordinating inventory, and ensuring smooth store operations by maintaining adequate supply levels and efficient replenishment processes.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective inventory management and monitoring abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for vendor and staff relations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant operational software.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in retail, supply chain, or inventory management is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking schedules to meet demand.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues regarding shipments or documentation.
• Prepare supply orders, track shipments, and verify receipt of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and provide regular updates to management.
• Assist with special projects, marketing requests, and seasonal event setups.
• Work with various departments to support projects and ensure operational efficiency.
