About The Position

This role is part of the Patient Meal Services team at UW Health, Wisconsin's #1 hospital. The Supply Clerk is responsible for ensuring physicians, nurses, and other staff have the necessary supplies to care for patients. This involves stocking food and beverages, delivering culinary supplies and equipment, and adhering to FDA food safety policies. The position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to use various computer applications for inventory management in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Stocking food and beverages to ensure physicians, nurses, and others have everything needed to care for patients.
• Delivering culinary supplies and equipment to storage locations.
• Following proper FDA food policies of rotation and temperature control standards for food delivery.
• Using attention to detail and organizational skills in an exciting and fast-paced environment.
• Interacting with a variety of computer applications to ensure timely and accurate inventory transitions.
