About The Position

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Supply Chain Tech to join our team. This role facilitates changes in the inventory process, monitors and expedites supplies as needed, and receives, stocks, and dispatches supplies and equipment for all areas. The position may also perform duties related to the delivery of supplies and equipment, including unpacking receipts, verifying product accuracy, documenting receipts, and delivering products to departments. Additionally, the Supply Chain Tech will replenish supplies to end-user departments and unpack and put away new products on shelves in the materials storeroom.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 2 years of experience in receiving is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the changes in the inventory process.
• Monitors and expedites supplies as needed.
• Receives, stocks, and dispatches supplies and equipment for all areas.
• May perform duties related to the delivery of supplies and equipment.
• Unpacks receipts, verifies product accuracy, documents receipt and delivers product to departments.
• Replenishes supplies to end user departments.
• Unpacks and puts away new products on shelves in materials storeroom.
