About The Position

Responsible for completing inventory control tasks, including scanning products, picking orders, restocking par carts, inventory locations, and point-of-use systems. The role also involves unit rounding, processing, and distributing supplies in a timely manner; maintaining clean and orderly stocking areas; and ensuring assigned areas are in a compliant, ready state. The technician uses the INFOR ERP system and provides excellent customer service. Other duties may be assigned by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of product numbers and units of measure.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to check expiration dates and maintain clean and orderly stocking areas.

Responsibilities

• Meet expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
• Utilize scanning technology for par locations.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory counts as directed.
• Pick and pack orders, including completing documentation.
• Restock par carts and inventory.
• Round on units, process supplies, and distribute them in a timely manner.
• Check expiration dates and maintain clean and orderly stocking areas.
• Ensure a compliant ready state in all assigned areas.
• Perform tasks and transactions appropriately in INFOR, including Par Specialist, Warehouse Clerk, and Mobile Supply Chain Mgmt.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
