The Supply Chain Technician serves as a member of the Material Management team supporting the clinical staff in the annual planning, daily management, and ongoing monitoring of the medical supply expense budget. This role includes the coordination and provision of supplies and equipment that enable patient care in the hospital. Competency is evidenced by maintaining established supply chain metrics and by communicating key supply chain information such as supply and equipment availability. Communication skills are inherent in all these activities.
