Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Adaptability and problem-solving mindset

Nice To Haves

Experience with inventory or supply chain systems preferred
Healthcare or hospital experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Receive, verify, and distribute medical supplies across hospital and clinic areas
Maintain inventory levels by restocking carts, cabinets, and supply rooms
Monitor for expired items, manage overstock, and perform cycle counts
Safely transport supplies, equipment, and materials throughout the hospital
Handle items such as oxygen tanks, lab specimens, and medical records
Support timely delivery to ensure uninterrupted patient care
Keep supply rooms clean, organized, and audit-ready
Ensure compliance with safety standards and Joint Commission requirements
Use inventory systems (e.g., Workday MMIS, Par Excellence) to manage orders and inventory
Troubleshoot discrepancies and support recalls or returns
Partner with clinical teams to optimize supply usage and workflows
Assist with training and mentoring new team members
Contribute to process improvements and departmental initiatives
