Supply Chain Tech I – Correctional Health (25K Retention Bonus)
About The Position
Harris Health System is seeking a Supply Chain Tech I to support Correctional Health operations. In this role, you will perform a variety of essential supply chain functions to ensure efficient operations, including ordering and stocking medical supplies, receiving and delivering equipment, and processing packages and mail. You will be fully trained to work in key operational areas such as Central Supply, Receiving, or Mailroom, and will assist in coordinating and managing supply chain activities within the department. This role plays a critical part in supporting patient care by ensuring timely availability of medical supplies and equipment while aligning with the mission and values of Correctional Health.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0–2 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management preferred
- Above Average Verbal (heavy public contact)
- Writing/Composing skills
- Experience with PeopleSoft, Pyxis, and PC applications
- Proficiency in MS Word
- Ability to operate pallet jacks and/or forklifts
- Must be available for weekends and holidays
