About The Position

This is a full-time position focused on supporting supply chain operations within various healthcare settings. The role involves managing equipment, obsolescence, and stocking of medical-surgical supplies. A significant portion of the time (70%+) will be dedicated to inventory or data support. The position also serves as a frontline support representative for ordering, data entry, and payment activities, and may assist with special assignments. The role requires a strong understanding of supply chain processes and the ability to train colleagues and take on additional responsibilities.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to complete additional education, training, and competency tests as required.
Valid driver’s license where required by assignment.
2+ years Supply Chain experience in a healthcare setting.
Experienced with health ministries and System supply chain processes within specialty areas.
Ability to train colleagues and readily assume responsibility for extra assignments.
Knowledge of all duties described in Technician role.

Previous Supply Chain experience in a healthcare, warehousing, or other distribution environment.

Responsibilities

Requesting, receiving, and distributing equipment.
Managing obsolescence.
Stocking general med-surg supplies in various healthcare settings.
Working with end users to request supplies, troubleshoot issues, and resolve discrepancies.
Maintaining work and supply storage areas and equipment in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
Performing periodic PAR level replenishment duties to maintain stock levels.
Serving as a frontline Supply Chain support representative for ordering, data entry, and payment activities.
Assisting Supply Chain Leader with special assignments.
Providing inventory or data support for at least 70% of the time.
