About The Position

The Supply Chain Systems Analyst provides professional support by coordinating and integrating the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers. Conducts and oversees various strategic supply chain analysis. Identifies and recommends opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain. Develops and implements supply chain designs, models, strategies and processes to improve the business. Manages data in the ERP and other third-party systems, which may consist of creation and maintenance of the item master, loading contracts, reporting, analytics, cleansing and upkeeping of data. Performs other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management, business administration or related field (experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
  • Minimum one year of experience in supply chain, relevant contracting or data analysis.
  • Ability to read, write legibly, and speak English with professional quality.
  • Proficiency in computer, printer, and software programs (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to operate/troubleshoot basic office equipment.
  • Ability to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others.
  • Ability to work calmly and respond courteously under pressure.
  • Ability to collaborate and accept direction.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English in person, in writing, and on the telephone.
