About The Position

This role is responsible for defining and optimizing the NAFTA warehousing and distribution footprint, ensuring alignment with customer demand, cost targets, and service expectations. The manager will evaluate supply alternatives, lead network modeling and scenario analysis, and identify inefficiencies across transportation, warehousing, and distribution flows. They will also drive continuous improvement initiatives, oversee regional supply distribution strategies, and support replenishment strategies. Additionally, the role involves conducting deep analytical assessments, building decision-support tools, and presenting data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. Cross-functional collaboration with various teams and supporting S&OP/IBP processes are key. Performance tracking, reporting on strategic KPIs, and benchmarking are also essential aspects of this position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, Data Management or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain strategy, network design, logistics optimization, or advanced analytics.
  • Strong analytical capability with expertise in modeling, scenario planning, and data visualization tools (Power BI, or similar).
  • Deep understanding of NAFTA supply chain dynamics, cross‑border logistics, and regional distribution networks.
  • Proven ability to identify improvement areas and drive strategic change.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Define and optimize the NAFTA warehousing and distribution footprint, ensuring alignment with customer demand, cost targets, and service expectations.
  • Evaluate supply alternatives, including dual sourcing, regional sourcing, and supply diversification strategies.
  • Lead network modeling and scenario analysis to support long‑term supply chain strategy.
  • Identify inefficiencies across transportation, warehousing, and distribution flows; develop improvement plans with clear ROI.
  • Partner with Logistics teams to enhance trucking performance, reduce freight costs, and improve cross‑border flow efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the NAFTA supply chain, focusing on speed, cost, and reliability.
  • Oversee regional supply distribution strategies to ensure optimal inventory positioning and flow.
  • Support replenishment strategies that balance service levels with working capital targets.
  • Collaborate with Supply Planning and Demand Planning teams to ensure strategic alignment across the planning horizon.
  • Conduct deep analytical assessments to identify bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities across the supply chain.
  • Build models, dashboards, and decision‑support tools to guide strategic choices.
  • Present clear, data‑driven recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Work closely with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, Procurement, and Manufacturing to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Support S&OP and IBP processes with strategic insights and long‑range planning scenarios.
  • Influence decision‑making across commercial and operational teams through strong analytical storytelling.
  • Track and report strategic KPIs related to cost, service, resilience, and network efficiency.
  • Lead initiatives that improve OTIF, reduce Total Working Capital (TWC), and minimize expedite costs.
  • Benchmark NAFTA supply chain performance against industry standards and best practices.
