About The Position

The Supply Chain Specialist assists in the coordination of all customer product requirements including entering sales orders, contract pricing, rebate schemes, and sales reports. They will act as a liaison with customers, providing information, answering questions, and resolving problems that our customers may face.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Nice To Haves

• 2 year College Degree
• Previous experience in Sales, Supply Chain, and/or Customer Service.
• Proven ability to create and maintain positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming orders.
• Handle order revisions, cancellations, product returns or exchanges.
• Communicate with customers and sales staff about orders, delivery dates, and any changes.
• Update sales forecast volumes and prices to ensure accurate forecasts.
• Maintain accurate spreadsheets with customer order information.
• Organize customer files and pertinent information.
