About The Position

Supply Chain Specialist Company: The Boeing Company The Bomber, Fighter & DLA Organization within Boeing Global Services – G is seeking a Supply Management / Delivery Management Specialist to execute and coordinate delivery requirements for U.S. and non‑U.S. government military customers. This on-site role in Hazelwood, MO will work across supply chain, program, quality, DCMA, and transportation functions to ensure products are delivered on time, meet contractual requirements, and support strong financial performance. Position Responsibilities: Serve within the Government Services Supply Chain Management organization, specifically supporting Delivery Management. Lead customer-facing and cross‑functional meetings with military customers, Boeing program teams, DCMA Quality, Boeing Traffic, DCMA Transportation, and Boeing leadership. Coordinate activities across warehousing, contracts, engineering, supplier management, asset management, and other internal teams to resolve delivery issues and maintain schedules. Track and drive on‑time delivery performance; escalate and remediate delivery risks and blockers. Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining focus on cost, schedule, quality, and customer commitments. Maintain delivery documentation and evidence required for contractual and regulatory compliance. Apply knowledge of delivery-related contract clauses and processes, including inspection/acceptance, Inter‑Organizational Authorization (IWA), Critical Safety Items (CSI), Item Unique Identification (IUID), and Corrective Action Requests (CAR). Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5+ years of supply chain management experience Ability to travel within the greater St. Louis, MO area Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience supporting U.S. and foreign government contracts and meeting government customer commitments Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (data analysis, tracking, reporting) Strong cross‑functional integration, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills Familiarity with systems such as BESSY, DMT, PDMT, and WAWF Bachelor’s degree or higher Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. Requirements
