About The Position

The Boeing Company is hiring an entry-level Supply Chain Specialist in Forest Park, Georgia, to support material and logistics operations. The position coordinates with external customers and internal teams to help ensure efficient supply chain operations, resolve inventory discrepancies and material receipt issues, and support timely shipping compliance. The specialist serves as a liaison to facilitate communication and collaboration in meeting operational requirements, including material and logistical needs for military programs.

Requirements

• Experience in supply chain operations.
• Ability to travel 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between external customers and internal stakeholders to support clear communication and collaboration.
• Support material and logistical needs for military programs across the supply chain.
• Identify root causes of material receipt issues and implement effective solutions.
• Analyze inventory data, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records to support operational readiness.
• Work with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to address inventory issues and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Address and resolve grief requirements to support program operations.
• Monitor supplier performance and relationships, including delivery, quality, financial stability, and in-service performance.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and issues.
