Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Seal Beach, CA. This role involves coordinating activities to facilitate the quick return to service for emergent customer requirements, such as Aircraft On Ground (AOG) situations. The specialist will enter, track, monitor, and coordinate customer material and delivery requirements for emergent escalations, advise customers on order status and changes, and act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues supporting customers with hard-grounded aircraft. The role also includes reviewing engineering data for alternate problem resolution, supporting suppliers by identifying constraints and assisting with mitigation plans, and collecting/processing supplier and customer data related to repair capabilities and capacity. The specialist will analyze customer escalations, formulate problem resolutions, and utilize multiple Boeing systems in a fast-paced, high-stress environment, adapting to changing conditions and managing multiple concurrent deadlines.
