About The Position

This posting will cover multiple roles across the organization. The two teams this posting will support are our Sport Readiness team and our Supply Chain Style Specialty team. The Sport Readiness team serves as the Marketplace Supply Chain lead for an assigned sport, driving seasonal readiness and execution across Nike’s omnichannel marketplace. This team partners closely with Sport GMs, Merchandising, Planning, Brand, Marketing, Transportation, and Marketplace Supply Chain Direct & Partner teams to manage the orderbook, identify and mitigate risks, coordinate launch activities, and ensure products are delivered to the marketplace on time. The Supply Chain Style Specialty team supports a variety of Nike Marketplace Partner accounts, owning order book health, delivery performance, and day-to-day supply chain operations. This position partners closely with logistics, transportation, distribution, sales, and external account teams to optimize order flow, improve on-time delivery, and achieve seasonal and financial objectives. We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist II to join the Nike Team! A Supply Chain Specialist II will be the Marketplace Supply Chain business owner focusing on managing a healthy orderbook and driving optimal delivery performance. They will manage the day-to-day supply chain operations and work closely with our Transportation and Distribution Center teams. They will deliver seasonal plans and meet financial objectives. They will collaborate with and influence cross-functional supply chain and commercial teams both internally and externally to optimize our order book.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Supply Chain, Operations or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
2+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, process improvement or strategic communication.
Proactive individual with knowledge and experience in supply chain.
Strong written and verbal communication
Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and proactiveness
Ability to analyze, influence, and storytelling with data
Experience with SAP, Excel, Tableau
Ability to challenge the status quo and curate short and long-term supply chain strategies to support continuous improvements

Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners drive and maintain consistent standards and delivery of a Sport to the Marketplace.
Monitor and execute Launch Product to ensure marketplace coverage is complete and on time.
Deliver clear and effective communication with all cross-functional partners, utilizing various forums ranging from one-on-one meetings to formal presentations.
Ensure all deadlines are adhered to in coordination with the Nike code calendar.
Establish a cross-functional network with unified alignment, ensuring all members work collaboratively toward shared Sport initiatives.
Build expertise in Partners’ business requirements, routing guides, vendor agreements, and supply chain capabilities.
Conduct operational calls, orderbook audits, and order writing workshops to influence Partner order writing behavior and maximize supply chain efficiencies.
Work across NMP teams to develop, leverage, and streamline best practices.
Monitor key KPIs by partnering with Business Analyst on ship goal forecast and escalate risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
Provide critical insights to Ship to Plan processes by collaborating closely with internal logistics and commercial teams, and external supply chain teams.
Drive standard reporting to provide order tracking in season and forward looking to ensure on time delivery and efficient supply chain flow.
