Supply Chain Rotational Program
About The Position
Launch your career with Uline through an 18–24-month Supply Chain Rotational Program. Participants gain hands-on experience across multiple corporate teams and roles, learning from experienced mentors and building skills for long-term success. Rotations include distribution, warehouse operations, inventory control, purchasing and logistics. Upon program completion, participants move into a full-time supply chain operations role based on their interests and company needs. The position is based at Uline’s corporate headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, and requires travel to Uline locations across North America for several weeks as needed. All positions are on-site.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, industrial engineering or a related field.
- Available to travel and spend several weeks at Uline’s North American locations as needed.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop foundational knowledge of Uline’s supply chain operations, systems and processes.
- Contribute to supply chain projects that improve efficiency and support growth.
- Travel to Uline’s North American locations to gain hands-on experience across the business.
- Analyze business data and reporting to enhance operations.
