About The Position

The Co-op program at Johnson & Johnson provides students with real-life, hands-on experience, coaching, mentoring, and networking opportunities. This role is within the J&J Supply Chain, which encompasses planning, sourcing, making, and delivering products across the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. The Value Chain Risk Management team works to protect supply to patients by identifying and mitigating supply chain risks. Co-ops will gain exposure to various functions across the supply chain and work with people globally. The program aims to develop leadership, analytical, and project management skills through cross-functional teamwork across the Pharmaceutical, Medical Technology, and Corporate/Enterprise sectors.

Requirements

  • Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University.
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related fields.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable learning new tools.
  • Ability to manage timelines.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future.
  • Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.
  • If under 18 years of age, may need to obtain necessary working papers or documentation and parent’s consent for background check.
