About The Position

This role is for the Supply Chain Regulatory Compliance team, responsible for interpreting federal, state, and international regulations and ensuring all supply-chain activities meet those requirements. The manager will guide regulatory interpretation, lead compliance investigations, develop policy, and build awareness across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
  • Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS)
  • Experience leading a team (Formal or Informal: L-Code, Team Lead, Cross-Functional)
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
  • This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced Degree (Masters degree from an accredited college in a related discipline)
  • Ability to obtain Secret clearance
  • Knowledge of LM Aero GSC Command Media (LMAP/CAP/AeroCodes)
  • Experience in Project Management, Buying, Supply Chain, and/or Compliance
  • Strong organization & presentation skills
  • Strong/Confident/skilled communicator – written & verbal
  • Experience with metrics and data analytics
  • Experience with SharePoint and other IT applications
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments & quickly learn/adapt

  • Experience with Commercial Item Determination
  • Experience building relationships with peers and other subject matter experts throughout the company
  • Experience in supporting audits performed by various audit agencies (DCAA, DCMA, National Quality Assurance, FAA) and internal audit functions
  • Experience in training supply chain professionals with varying levels of knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret federal, state, and international regulations as they apply to products, financial processes, and supply‑chain practices.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance questions, complaints, or findings from internal units, customers, or government agencies.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and reporting.
  • Audit existing policies, procedures, and documentation to verify alignment with applicable statutes and regulations.
  • Create and deliver programs that increase employee awareness of compliance requirements and best practices.
