Siemens Healthineers is seeking a strategic and results-driven Supply Chain Quality Excellence & KPI Governance Lead to drive supply-chain quality performance through structured governance, cross-functional problem solving, and sustained improvement execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in quality, supply chain quality, manufacturing quality, or related roles within complex, regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated experience driving improvement of supplychain quality KPIs, including Manufacturing NC%, BeforeDelivery Quality, and postdelivery cost metrics.
  • Proven ability to lead crossfunctional quality improvement initiatives across Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, SCM, and Customer Services.
  • Strong background in structured problemsolving methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, RCA, PDCA).
  • Experience with NCC management and governance, including performance tracking, prioritization, and executivelevel reporting.
  • Solid understanding of QMS and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820) and their application to supplychain and refurb/repair activities.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience leveraging ERP and analytics tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI, MES) to inform decisionmaking.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes across organizational boundaries.

  • Experience owning or leading quality KPI governance in a supply chain or manufacturing centric environment.
  • Demonstrated success translating quality performance data into sustained crossfunctional improvement actions with measurable business impact.
  • Experience overseeing or governing refurb and repair quality programs, including compliance, effectiveness monitoring, and systemic issue resolution.
  • Strong ability to influence without direct authority, aligning diverse stakeholders around shared quality and cost objectives.
  • Prior experience working closely with Supplier Quality organizations to resolve suppliercaused quality issues and reduce downstream NCC.
  • Medical device, healthcare technology, or similarly highly regulated industry experience.
  • Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) or equivalent continuous improvement credentials.

Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain Quality Performance & Governance Drive improvement of SCM Quality KPIs (Before-Delivery NC%, Manufacturing NC%, Install Cost/System).
  • Influence and align with teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supplier Quality to implement and sustain quality initiatives.
  • Support the development of standardized, global post-delivery and product quality data and KPIs.
  • Own ROS NCC governance for supply-chain-related categories and support the ROS NCC governance and oversight .
  • Lead cross-functional improvement projects using Lean / Six Sigma / 8D methodologies.
  • Drive supplier-caused quality issue resolution in coordination with Supplier Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing.
  • Partner with SCM and Customer Services teams to improve SCM Quality KPIs.
  • Track and report on quality performance, improvements, and NCC reduction progress.
  • Refurb & Repair Quality Program Oversight Provide quality oversight for refurb and repair programs to ensure compliance with applicable QMS procedures, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards.
  • Monitor refurb/repair quality performance and drive corrective actions for systemic issues.
  • Partner crossfunctionally to improve refurb and repair quality outcomes and reduce downstream quality risk.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve refurb and repair quality performance, reduce rework, and minimize downstream NCC impact.
  • Commercial Product Quality (CPQ) Support Translate emerging supplier-related quality performance insights into actionable improvements driven with Cross-functional team support and provide feedback for related CPQ escalations.
