About The Position

The Supply Chain Project Specialist manages execution of supply chain projects and supports day-to-day operations across Botrista's global supply network, with focus on Asia and North America. This role drives projects to completion by coordinating cross-functional workstreams, tracking milestones, and ensuring on-time delivery against plans set by Supply Chain leadership. Working under the direction of the Director, Global Logistics, the Specialist runs individual projects end-to-end (execution-level), supports supplier coordination, and provides real-time problem-solving across regions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field; or 3+ years of direct experience in Supply Chain.
  • 2+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience managing or coordinating multi-stakeholder projects (PMP, Agile, or equivalent methodology a plus).
  • Exposure to U.S. and/or Asia supply chain operations.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and project tracking tools (Asana, Smartsheet, Monday, or similar).
  • Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual in Mandarin preferred but not required.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on knowledge of syrup and puree development and mass production manufacturing, including bag-in-box packaging — preferred.
  • Familiarity with ingredient application in beverage dispensing systems — preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage execution of supply chain projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring on-time and on-spec completion.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Sourcing, Quality, Logistics, R&D, and external vendors.
  • Track project milestones, dependencies, and risks; escalate blockers to the Director for resolution.
  • Maintain project documentation, status reports, and regular stakeholder communication.
  • Run project status meetings, action-item tracking, and post-mortems.
  • Use ERP and project tracking tools to maintain accurate, real-time project visibility.
  • Support day-to-day execution of supply chain operations across Asia, North America, and other international regions.
  • Coordinate between U.S. operations and Asia supply chain teams to ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
  • Track and report against sourcing and inventory plans established by the Director.
  • Provide real-time issue identification and escalation to supply chain leadership.
  • Support supplier coordination and purchase order management for raw materials and packaging.
  • Assist with vendor communication, PO tracking, and delivery confirmation.
  • Maintain supplier records, performance metrics, and documentation.
  • Support negotiation activities led by the Director by preparing supporting data and analysis.
  • Work with R&D, Quality, Finance, and Operations teams to support product development, manufacturing, and logistics needs.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and escalate to the Director for resolution.
  • Support process improvement initiatives directed by Supply Chain leadership.
