About The Position

HYVE Solutions is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager in Fremont, CA for a hybrid role. This position will oversee operations related to new projects awarded by both new and existing customers. The role serves as the primary customer interface to ensure alignment and communication regarding overall demand-supply status, understand customer requirements, and act as a liaison with cross-regional planners for material readiness simulation/analysis planning and presentation to customers. The Supply Chain Program Manager will collaborate closely with Project Managers to provide accurate and timely insights from a material readiness perspective, ensuring precise and maximum customer commitment. This role also involves close coordination with Project Managers and Manufacturing teams to align material readiness with manufacturing capacity, optimizing the Manufacturing build plan. Responsibilities include conducting data analysis for business decision-making, such as risk buy proposals, LTB analysis, and E&O data validation. The role also involves developing and automating various reports for internal and external business reporting needs, and driving system tool development and process improvement initiatives, including those related to GMRP, new planning systems/upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts in supply chain operational processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in Supply Chain Program Management.
