This position will be part of the Integrated Supply Chain Organization, specifically the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Center of Excellence (COE). In the IBP COE, the position will participate in PIPO core teams, sustaining programs, and process improvement initiatives to ensure best in class Supply Chain for MiniMed. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Analyzes, develops, and implements long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives that include Phase Ins, Phase Outs, Sustaining, and Process Improvement Monitors KPIs and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives Proactively partners with cross- functional team members to ensure timely execution of program deliverables and takes initiative to resolve program risks.
