About The Position

This role is responsible for managing process changes within the supply chain. The ideal candidate will have experience in DC/Plant Operations and Supply Chain, with a strong background in business process re-engineering and project management. Key responsibilities include developing efficient solutions, guiding teams, documenting processes, and facilitating issue resolution.

Requirements

• Demonstrated competency in developing efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems.
• 5 years experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement utilizing Lean/Six Sigma methodology.
• 5 years direct project management experience.
• Trained in Six Sigma/Lean Process Improvement.
• Ability to guide a team of highly driven and talented individuals.
• Ability to prioritize and assign work according to business priorities and strategies.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Understanding of organizational impacts that result from changes in business processes and technologies.
• Ability to direct the development and documentation of business processes.
• Ability to escalate issues appropriately and drive them to resolution.
• Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to drive toward solutions.
• Ability to maintain a solutions-focused approach.
