This is a full-time, on-site opportunity located in Sunnyvale, CA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of supply chain, material planning, general business, finance, or closely related experience
  • Experience with customer service and demand flow
  • US Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working Production Programs
  • Experience with cost accounting management (CAM)
  • Currently have an active DoD security clearance

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing, coordinating, and supporting PO documentation throughout procurement process
  • Understanding the breadth of the supply chain management scope (including materials management, procurement, subcontracts, material finance, and supplier management team)
  • Understanding and supporting Earned Value Management reporting tasks
  • Defining and developing material strategy
  • Analyzing lead times and identifying critical path procurements
  • Making sound decisions in a timely manner, displaying strong interpersonal skills, and having an agile mindset
  • Responsible for the assessment of supply resources
  • Understanding material cost variances and determining root causes and corrective actions for the variances
  • Assisting, coordinating, and executing monthly material forecast planning and tracking
  • Analyzing material supply/demand position using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) tools
  • Evaluating suppliers, addressing supplier capacity and/or production issues, and noting key performance indicators
