This is a full-time, on-site opportunity located in Sunnyvale, CA.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of supply chain, material planning, general business, finance, or closely related experience
Experience with customer service and demand flow
US Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance

Nice To Haves

Experience working Production Programs
Experience with cost accounting management (CAM)
Currently have an active DoD security clearance

Responsibilities

Responsible for managing, coordinating, and supporting PO documentation throughout procurement process
Understanding the breadth of the supply chain management scope (including materials management, procurement, subcontracts, material finance, and supplier management team)
Understanding and supporting Earned Value Management reporting tasks
Defining and developing material strategy
Analyzing lead times and identifying critical path procurements
Making sound decisions in a timely manner, displaying strong interpersonal skills, and having an agile mindset
Responsible for the assessment of supply resources
Understanding material cost variances and determining root causes and corrective actions for the variances
Assisting, coordinating, and executing monthly material forecast planning and tracking
Analyzing material supply/demand position using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) tools
Evaluating suppliers, addressing supplier capacity and/or production issues, and noting key performance indicators
