POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT Moss' is seeking an experienced and analytical Supply Chain Planning Director to join our Energy Division. The SC Planning Director will play a key role in the connecting project portfolio demand to materials, inventory, and asset plans, ensuring the business can make fast, fact-based decisions as schedules, designs, and site conditions change. You will own the integrated planning cadence (e.g. sales & operations planning (S&OP) that translates pipeline and project controls into clear material readiness and asset readiness signals for Sourcing & Procurement and Execution, reducing late material surprises, stabilizing field productivity, and reducing capital intensity through disciplined inventory and asset planning. As the SC Planning Lead, you will work closely with the SC SVP and senior leadership to support strategy and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
