About The Position

We are seeking a Supply Chain Operations Analyst to support warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and business systems within a manufacturing environment. This role combines data analysis, process improvement, and ERP system support to enhance operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and workflow effectiveness across the supply chain.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations within a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics NAV or similar)
  • Knowledge of inventory control processes and warehouse operations
  • Familiarity with shipping documentation and international/domestic logistics requirements
  • Understanding of Canadian customs and tariff regulations is an asset
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and optimization of warehouse and inventory systems
  • Gather business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders on process improvements and system enhancements
  • Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, test plans, and system specifications
  • Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting for ERP/MRP platforms
  • Analyze current workflows and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Monitor and maintain inventory and operational data integrity
  • Develop and track data quality and reporting metrics
  • Partner with Production, Planning, and Logistics teams to resolve system and operational issues
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain functions
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
