About The Position

We are seeking a Supply Chain - Network Planner (m/f/d) for our Beverage & Packaging division, to be based at our European Headquarters in Küsnacht, Switzerland, or in one of our German plants (Göttingen, Koblenz, Nachterstedt, or Ohle) or Italian plants (Pieve Emanuele or Bresso).
Requirements
- University degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- Initial experience in Supply Chain and/or Operations management.
- Strong ability to understand complex problems with advanced analytical skills.
- Collaborative team player and excellent communicator.
- Open-minded and solution-oriented.
- Fluent communication skills in English.
- Proven knowledge in SAP modules (PDPS, APO DP).
- Capability to integrate different ERP systems.
- Familiarity with digitalization projects.
- Authorized to work in Switzerland without employment sponsorship.
Nice To Haves
- German and/or French language skills would be a plus.
- Experience with new digitization.
- Experience with robotic automation (RPA).
- Experience with visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI/Tableau).
- Experience with coding (e.g., Python/C++).
Responsibilities
- Develop the production plan required to meet customer service levels.
- Contribute to process improvement and optimization projects.
- Maintain the replenishment strategy at the defined stock level through statistical analysis.
- Optimize delivery of service level at the lowest possible costs.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders across the organization to improve forecast planning, understand customer/market needs, and contribute to process improvement and optimization projects.
- Orchestrate metal flow throughout the supply chain network, incorporating operational targets (e.g., capacity, inventory, and cost).
- Develop and operate tools to process scenario models and determine supply chain results.
