About The Position

At Lockheed Martin, the Aeronautics Supply Chain team is dedicated to delivering innovative, affordable, and agile solutions. This role supports Global Supply Chain (GSC) execution and performance activities, working closely with Program Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, and other Functional teams. As an F-16 Mods and Upgrades Integrator, you will contribute to the full lifecycle of a critical F-16 Development Program by developing and implementing subcontracting strategies. The ideal candidate will strategically plan and remove roadblocks to ensure GSC performs with excellence, and that complex systems are available to support international operational milestones for a large Program portfolio.

Requirements

Experience in formal project management methodologies, and systems analysis tools, processes, and methods.
Experience preparing data/metrics/charts for and presenting to Executive Leadership and/or external customers.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Must be a US Citizen.
Qualify for a US Government Secret Security Clearance after hire.

Nice To Haves

Prior Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Development Program experience.
Experience with FAR and DFAR requirements.
Development of Acquisition Strategies, Bid Packages, Evaluations, Negotiation of Supplier Proposals.
Firm understanding of how to capture, aggregate, analyze, and present data that effectively demonstrates supplier performance, and then identifying the potential risks and opportunities, for a positive outcome.
Experienced in Supplier Management of Contract Deliverables according to Cost, Schedule, and Performance.
Experience analyzing problems and recommending solutions.
Experience effectively communicating with senior leaders to include program, company, subcontractors, and customers.

Responsibilities

Support Global Supply Chain (GSC) execution/performance activities.
Develop and implement subcontracting strategies for a critical F-16 Development Program.
Strategically plan and remove upstream and downstream roadblocks to ensure GSC performs with excellence.
Ensure a large Program portfolio accurately plans and has complex systems available to support international operational milestones.
