Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • 15+ years of Supply Chain Management and ERP implementation experience.
  • 10+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Supply Chain Management experience.
  • Extensive experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations.
  • Proven experience serving as Functional Lead on multiple D365 implementation projects.
  • Strong background supporting discrete or process manufacturing organizations.
  • Experience working with global or multi-site manufacturing operations.
  • Demonstrated success leading client-facing consulting engagements.
  • Experience managing functional consulting teams and coordinating cross-functional project activities.
  • Functional Expertise in Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management (Advanced WMS), Sales & Order Management, Production Control, Master Planning (MRP), Demand Forecasting, Shop Floor Operations, Manufacturing Execution, Product Information Management, Vendor Collaboration, Quality Management, Supply Planning, Inventory Costing, Production Scheduling, Distribution and Logistics.
  • Technical Knowledge & Hands-on Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Microsoft Dynamics Supply Chain Management, Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Visio, Business Process Modeling (BPM), Advanced Microsoft Excel, Data Migration, Data Validation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Functional Design Documentation, Business Requirements Documentation (BRD), Functional Design Documents (FDD).
  • Must be US Citizen or Authorized to Work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications strongly preferred.
  • Leapwork Automation Testing (preferred).
