Requirements

  • Enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Support safety, quality, productivity, and reliability initiatives.
  • Assist with process improvement and engineering projects.
  • Analyze operational and production data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving activities.
  • Support capital projects, maintenance initiatives, and operational excellence efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, quality, and supply chain.
  • Present project results and recommendations to site leadership.
