About The Position

The Supply Chain Manager provides end-to-end strategic and operational leadership for the organization’s supply chain functions, including demand planning, procurement coordination, order management, and inventory control. This role is responsible for driving organizational alignment across sales, warehouse, and accounting teams to ensure optimal product availability, minimize financial risk, and maximize inventory efficiency. The Supply Chain Manager directly builds and oversees a high-performing supply chain team while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of enterprise data systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressively responsible experience in end-to-end supply chain operations, including at least 3 to 5 years in a formal people-management or team-leadership role.
  • Professional supply chain certification, such as Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
  • Mastery of statistical forecasting, inventory modeling, and material requirements planning systems.
  • Deep technical knowledge of major enterprise systems and warehouse data auditing.
  • Comprehensive understanding of quality tracking, compliance standards, and claims procedures.
  • Strong ability to align priorities between sales, warehousing, and accounting.
  • Proven track record in continuous improvement, automation, and cost reduction.

Responsibilities

  • Owns the end-to-end order execution lifecycle from purchase order creation to final delivery, ensuring customer demand is met reliably and on schedule.
  • Architects inventory strategies that balance optimal safety stock levels against warehouse capacity limits to eliminate stockouts while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory carrying costs.
  • Translates macro-level customer production forecasts into precise material- and part-level execution plans to guide supplier manufacturing schedules and lead times.
  • Governs data integrity and transactional synchronization between the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) platforms to prevent operational bottlenecks.
  • Establishes and enforces robust protocols for claims handling, vendor compliance, quality documentation, and financial reconciliation to safeguard company assets against operational losses.
