What you'll do As the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in driving the performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement of our Companion Animal Supply Chain. You will lead demand planning, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes to ensure exceptional customer service while optimizing costs, inventory levels, and profitability. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Formulation, and Operations teams, you will establish data-driven planning processes, enhance forecast accuracy, and build strong partnerships with logistics providers. In addition, you will lead and develop a high-performing Supply Chain team, drive change management initiatives, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards across all supply chain activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of Supply Chain Management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management or equivalent experience
  • Change Management and people leader skills (Cultural Sensitivity, Emotional Intelligence and Interpersonal skills)
  • Communicate business acumen with effective oral and written influence
  • Experienced user MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Professional communicator, written and oral
  • Managing multiple responsibilities with prioritization
  • Exceptional attention to detail and effective organizational skills
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
