The Supply Chain Manager leads the company’s purchasing, supplier management, and inventory management functions across locations. This role is responsible for developing and leading purchasing processes, supplier standards, inventory controls, replenishment methods, and reporting that support material availability, cost management, inventory accuracy, and business growth. The initial priority will be strengthening raw material and inventory management practices in St. Paul, while building scalable and consistent Supply Chain processes across the organization. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring the ability to move between process improvement, team leadership, supplier management, data analysis, and day-to-day problem solving. The Supply Chain Manager partners closely with Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and Sales and reports to the VP of Finance.
