About The Position

Atoms is building the machines that power the next era of progress. We are developing Physical AI—real-world robots for industries like food, mining, and transport. Our systems are designed to understand, predict, and control the real world with precision, turning complex physical operations into something more reliable, scalable, and productive. This role is crucial for scaling our fleet operations, supporting the Head of Supply Chain in building the operating system for our vehicles. The core mission is to ensure every vehicle has the right hardware, in the right place, on time, with complete traceability from supplier purchase order to warranty history. This role is central to our operating plan and will directly impact retrofit throughput, vehicle uptime, and data-collection capacity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, vehicle distribution, or related roles within the automotive industry.
  • Experience working for an automotive OEM, EV manufacturer, vehicle importer, or automotive distributor.
  • Proven experience in Vehicle supply chain management, Demand planning and forecasting, Vehicle ordering and allocation, International shipment coordination, Logistics and 3PL management, Inventory and stock pipeline management, Dealer network support, Supplier management and invoice coordination
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage operational challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day procurement for sensors, compute, storage, harnesses, racks, brackets, power components, tools, spare parts, and consumables.
  • Track open POs, supplier ship dates, inbound logistics, receiving status, and delivery risks.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy for high-value serialized hardware and fast-moving consumables.
  • Build and manage VIN-specific kits so vehicles enter the retrofit line with complete, pre-verified hardware.
  • Coordinate line-side replenishment with Vehicle Ops and install technicians to prevent missing-part delays.
  • Support receiving inspection, serial-number scanning, labeling, storage, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
  • Manage defective-part quarantine, warranty claims, and RMA follow-up with suppliers.
  • Maintain supplier trackers, cost trackers, shipment trackers, and inventory dashboards.
  • Partner with Vehicle Ops and QA to investigate part defects, batch issues, and retrofit blockers.
  • Help implement lightweight ERP / asset-tracking processes as the fleet scales beyond spreadsheets.
