About The Position
As Supply Chain Manager, you will own Vale’s end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring the reliable flow of ingredients, packaging, and finished goods to support a rapidly growing business.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 5+ years of supply chain management experience, preferably in food & beverage or CPG
- Strong analytical skills with experience in demand forecasting and inventory management
- Proven supplier management and contract negotiation experience
- Proficiency in ERP or supply chain planning software
Nice To Haves
- APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage procurement of raw materials, ingredients, and packaging across all of Vale’s product lines
- Own supplier relationships, contracts, and performance management
- Develop and maintain demand forecasting models to support production planning
- Manage inventory levels to balance service levels against carrying costs
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through diversification and contingency planning
- Partner with Manufacturing, E-Commerce, and Wholesale on fulfillment planning
- Build and improve supply chain systems, processes, and reporting
