Our client is an award-winning global manufacturing leader seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee production planning, inventory strategy, S&OP, and supply chain performance across multiple facilities. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in: Supply Chain Management
• 5+ years of experience in: Production Planning
• 5+ years of experience in: S&OP
• 5+ years of experience in: Manufacturing Operations
• APICS/CPIM/CSCP Certification
• SAP experience
• Multi-site manufacturing experience
• Lean Manufacturing experience
• Experience leading inventory reduction and continuous improvement initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead production planning and scheduling across multiple manufacturing locations
• Drive the monthly S&OP process and align production with customer demand
• Balance inventory, capacity, labor, and material availability to meet business goals
• Identify and resolve supply chain constraints before they impact customers
• Develop inventory strategies that improve service while reducing excess inventory
• Partner with Procurement and Operations to ensure material availability
• Monitor key supply chain metrics and implement improvements
• Drive inventory optimization and cost-saving initiatives
• Lead and develop production planning, inventory, and logistics teams
• Build strong partnerships across Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Sales
• Champion Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
• Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and make recommendations to leadership
