Under general supervision, the Supply Chain Manager is responsible for administration and performance of production planning, and strategic sourcing activities. This position is also responsible for driving optimal inventory levels and overseeing Logistics (Warehousing, Shipping / Receiving / Material Handling). General duties within the department include: Administration of company policies: employee training; supplier delivery and quality performance; and continuous improvement of departmental operations and processes; establishing departmental objectives and plans in accordance with company goals; and implementation of departmental plans. The position will be responsible for overseeing the following functional departments: Planning, Purchasing, Stock Room/Warehouse, and Shipping / Receiving. Must have previous aerospace experience. Prior experience with Syteline ERP is a big plus.
