About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, inventory management, production planning, logistics, and supplier relationships within a growing aerospace manufacturing environment. The Supply Chain Manager will ensure materials are available to support production schedules while meeting quality, regulatory, and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of supply chain, procurement, or operations experience.
• 3+ years of aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Infor, or Epicor.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required due to ITAR compliance.

Nice To Haves

• APICS/CPIM, CSCP, or PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies to support business and production goals.
• Manage purchasing, sourcing, vendor negotiations, and supplier performance.
• Oversee inventory levels, forecasting, material planning, and logistics operations.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead and develop buyers, planners, warehouse, and logistics personnel.
• Monitor KPIs related to cost savings, inventory, supplier performance, and delivery metrics.
• Support ERP/MRP systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, ITAR, FAA, and other aerospace requirements.
